We’re extremely excited to announce we’ve had a new addition to the #FlorigoTeam! Welcome Andy Hillier, our new Area Sales Manager covering the South of the country.
Joining Florigo, I have the opportunity to represent a company that has the confidence to back you up when you need it in any way. I have always been keen to learn how people work differently and offer my support where I can having come from working for a busy establishment before. With Florigo, I can give you an honest straightforward representation. Being the Area Manager for the South of the country is ideal for me as I am based in Devon, so I am never too far away for anyone that needs it. I have always had the desire to broaden my scopes within this industry, this role offers that perfectly and I can’t think of a better role that would come close.
I have been involved within the industry since 2013, and within the food sector since 2009. Fish and Chips is certainly in a league of its own, it’s not just an industry, it’s a community.
Having entered and being involved with (Drywite) Young Fish Frier of the Year Award and being a finalist 3 years running, and involved in multiple National Awards with Harbourside, I was able to communicate and befriend many within the industry from other Managers and owners, industry experts, representatives from the likes of MSC, Seafish, NFFF, and others, and understand their workings, objectives and current situations. They’re great awards to enter and I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of it.
To be able to offer my assistance and wealth of knowledge and be able to help others achieve their goals. This doesn’t necessarily mean it has to be limited about what range to buy or equipment to use, but anything that could improve your working life. I’m very much more than happy to sit down with anyone and discuss different aspects of the working life.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The ultimate challenge is being able to see everyone I can as quickly as possible. Feel free to give me a call so I can arrange to come and see you.
I am without a doubt looking forward to getting on the road and meeting everyone and catching up with some familiar faces in the process. Definitely, I am looking forward to learning more about this industry and how people work and the reasoning behind it. I am already learning in my new role, so long may that continue.
The office will always be available, but you can get a hold of me on my mobile, by email, or look me up on social media.
