We measure our success by how little down time you have. The worst feeling a frier can have is a shop full of customers and a range that stops responding the way you’d expect. We understand how important it is to get you back up and running, that’s why we support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep you frying with as little disruption as possible. We strive to offer a 4 hour* response time for total shutdown of your range to a next day call-out for a single failure.
Each member of the team brings their own individual range of knowledge and experience from the commercial catering industry. Our expert team of Gas Safe registered and COMCAT4 qualified in-house service engineers are the best people to advise you when a problem arises, or when you simply need advice or a recommendation.

Operating nationwide and with a 95% first fix rate, our Service Team offers customers a dedicated 24hr phone line as well as our engineers being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of a shutdown, we will be with you within 4 to 8 hours depending on your location zone, so we can provide you with peace of mind knowing we are always available to help you get back up and running in times of need.
Our in-house Service Team are your first point of contact in the unlikely event of a problem or if you’re just after some advice. In many cases, fixes can be remedied during a phone call with one of our experienced staff.

Our online shop allows customers to buy additional catering equipment and parts at any time of the day. We offer a parts service, we can supply 99% of range spares on a next-day delivery service.

Delivery to site, installation (over 2 consecutive days), warranty and training.
One spare crumb filter per pan, one fish lifter, crumb filter pin and batter box.
All our ranges feature easily accessible electrical distribution boxes fully labelled with a clear front enabling inspection of circuit breakers without the need for tools.
All gas & electric connections made by our engineers to services supplied to within one metre.
All fans & ductwork supplied and fitted by us.
After you have signed on the dotted line for your bespoke Florigo frying range, our team will arrange for a comprehensive site survey to be carried out by one of our own experienced engineers. Whilst carrying out the survey, the engineer will anticipate any issues that can be dealt with prior to install such as gas or electric supplies and thoroughly plan the installation; this will ensure that everything can go to plan as smoothly and as quickly as possible, causing you the minimum disruption and inconvenience as possible.
We will arrange the install at a time and date that is convenient for you; generally taking two days, it will be carried out by two of our highly experienced engineers to your specific requirements. Before leaving site, the range will be tested thoroughly to ensure that you are delighted with your Florigo frying range.
