The internet is full of recipes for Vegan fish. If you want to make your own version then one of the easiest ways is by using a firm tofu. Again, recipes can quickly be found online, all you have to do is Google ‘Tofish recipes’. If you don’t want to make something from scratch then there are plenty of products you can buy from companies like Quorn, Moving Mountains and many more – all you have to do is walk down your plant based aisle in your local supermarket or contact your food supplier.
The possibilities are pretty much endless. If you offer pies, sausages and burgers, then there are an abundance of plant based companies out there that offer this from Pukka, Beyond Meat and Moving Mountains to name a few.
Just remember to keep non-vegan and vegan cooking separate. This includes storing the products.
People love a good story, and with all the hype of Veganuary simply let the word out that you now offer plant based food at your shop.
